Pricing structure
We don’t compete with national companies. We keep our work local and are therefore always available should our clients require additional testing at short notice. Across the industry, PAT Testing is generally charged per item, however, we’d be happy to discuss hourly rates or fixed contracts where applicable.
Each organisation has different requirements; therefore, IG PAT Testing offers a client focused pricing structure to suit your business type - Our versatile team is equally happy testing a few items or several thousand.
Testing onsite for small to medium businesses
Our minimum charge for PAT testing is simple; we charge £55, which covers the first 30 items we test. For more than 30 items, we will discuss and confirm rates with you prior to any work. Prices will be based on your location and accessibility of the equipment.
Testing for medium to large organisations
We define a medium site as >1000 items and a large site as >3000. If your PAT Testing has lapsed or you do not hold an asset register, these figures can be hard to quantify. Our experienced team will be able to advise you if a site visit is required prior to agreeing any works. Site visits are free of charge and generally enable efficient testing by understanding a building's layout, key personnel, and access requirements.
